They both are decent boards the only thing I don't like about the Asrock killer is that it's not quite as wide as an atx board is supposed to be so it doesn't quite reach the standoffs on the right side so the board kind of flexes when you install memory or the 24 pin connector.
please let me know because i wanna buy one of them for an upgrade

Depends what you mean by better, both boards can overclock. At the end of the day motherboards really don't effect performance. Both are from a reputable manufacturer. As long as it has everyone you need such as ports,expansion slots ect, you should be good.
