Can i rotate liquid cooler head?

I m building my first pc and i want to mount radiator at front. Liquid cooling string is a bit short i think but if i turn liquid cooler head, i can mount it.
Cooler master Liquid pro 240
Can i do it or not?

Yep, you can turn it! As long as you can securely mount the block to your CPU bracket/mobo with a strong seat on the CPU, you will be just fine. Also, if the cooler comes with thermal past pre-applied, don't forget to remove the thin plastic that is over the paste before installing:)
