Solution
1) Get the AMP edition and not the mini card. AMP edition has much better cooling and performs better thus
2) Change that PSU to Seasonic M12II 520. 520 W is more than enough and VS series from Corsair is not good

3) I would change that case to something from better brands such as Corsair or Coolermaster. In the same budget range, there are many options available on Amazon India
https://www.amazon.in/s/ref=sr_nr_p_36_1?fst=as%3Aoff&rh=n%3A976392031%2Cn%3A1375344031%2Cn%3A1375346031%2Ck%3APC+CAse%2Cp_89%3ACorsair%7CThermaltake%7CNzxt%7CDEEPCOOL%7CAntec%2Cp_36%3A1318505031&sort=price-desc-rank&keywords=PC+CAse&ie=UTF8&qid=1510569606&rnid=1318502031
4) CPU Cooler is good to...
'Best' depends on your usage and money you can spend. Almost every component has a better alternative depending how much you want to spend.

The main thing I would change is the cooler if you're going to overclock. If I recall the Hyper 212 is a good budget cooler, but if you're serious about overclocking you should use something better.

Others with more knowledge can advise on the other things.

4) CPU Cooler is good to start with. But, you will need something heftier for serious overclocking. In the future, if you decide to overclock, you can get a liquid cooler
5) Please do not get any of those monitors. Instead, get this one:
https://www.amazon.in/dp/B01BV1XB2K/ref=sspa_dk_detail_0?psc=1&smid=A2WQDXA4TEPDM2
Reason is that anything above 24 inch at 1080p doesn't look good. Plus input lag. The ultrawide monitor that I linked is much better for gaming and productivity
6) For a gaming system, I would strongly advise you to get the 500GB SSD and if needed, change your 2TB HDD to 1TB WD Blue for 3200 INR. This will be a much better system around the same budget, but what you have selected is also fine. Its just that games these days have grown to 50GB (For honor) to 80GB (COD AW). So, 250GB SSD just doesn't cut it these days especially since you will allocate half of that to the OS

And, your selection of components is very nice. Even if you don't go by our suggestion, it is an awesome build except that PSU, trust me
