When pc starting then show "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart.we're justs collecting some error info , and we'll restart for you.(100%Complete)
If you'd know like to know more.you can search online latter for this error.

This information show again and again and my desktop was not started. Please help!

That file is part of your Video card driver (ATI, AMD).

Try booting in safe mode and uninstall your video card drivers, also use DDU to completely clean it from your computer.

Restart and then download and install the latest driver version for your video card.
