Cant access BIOS, Benq g610hda "Out of range"

My PC cant access BIOS , when i press f2 my monitor go blank and out of range box will appear. I need BIOS to overclock my ram.

My specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
XFX RX 570 4GB
16gb Ram
Asrock AB350 Pro 4
1TB Hard drive
Benq g610hda 1360x768

I use hdmi to vga converter to connect PC to the monitor

you are getting an out of range on what video monitor. the out of range means the bios resolution is not supported by your monitor , which is probably caused by your HDMI/vga converter.

What exactly is the HDMI to VGA converter you are using? I think that is where your problem is. You would probably be better off buying a new digital monitor with a HDMI/DVI-D input or a different video card with a VGA output. Digital to analogue convertors don't always work.
