Apparently the price of a wired gaming mouse and keyboard combo is at least half the price if i would go for wireless... So it might be a smarter (for my wallet) to buy an extra cable, what do you think?

And the small USB adapter can be put on the end of a USB extension cable (vs being stuck in a USB port in the back or front of the computer) so the adapter can be raised up to help with signal transmission.
