Well Never heard of those Brands so cant say
i suggest you to get the Branded PSU so that your parts will get power safely without providing any damages
for your system the 400W-450W will be enofgh so either get the cooler master or Corsair or any other branded PSU

+12V output maximum current 24A So a 288 watt supply with just a 1 year warranty. Nothing I would use in any PC.
The 2nd one is even worse.

"Branded" doesnt mean parts will be powered safely without providing damages. Many "branded" psus like the brands you mentioned to sell psus that can damage your components or are unsafe...
