Will my data be restored after installing windows through installation disc.

But how can i get my data as the win 7 has been deleted by irregular partitioning by me to install ubuntu!!!!!

Solution
No, it will not restore your data. You partitioned the drive and installed Ubuntu. Replacing your Windows 7 installation.

Partitioning a drive then installing an OS will have destroyed most of the data on that drive. If you perform data recovery. You may get a few files that weren't written over or corrupted.

While you can recover data from a simple repartition. If nothing is written to a drive and it wasn't encrypted or heavily fragmented. You also installed and OS afterward. This will have destroyed most everything on the drive. You can run data recovery software and possibly recover a handful of files. But data recovery will be very slow, difficult and result in tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of useless junk...
No, the data will be lost, because you would format the drive where you are going to install windows freshly. If you wanna leave personal data, just reset windows, if it´s windows 10. But still all apps have to be installed afterwards again manually.

You won't recover a usable folder structure to guide you just tons of OS, App and user files all mixed together.
