So i wanted to pick out a wireless pci-e card for a pfSense router and this may sound dumb, but i don't know which one to pick. I narrowed it down to 2 and one is an 802.11ac card with 2.4Ghz-150Mbps & 5Ghz-433Mbps speeds and the 802.11n is 2.4Ghz-450Mbps & 5Ghz-450Mbps speed, i'm buying them from Aliexpress because the are cheap (13 and 12euro).

You are brave to buy from aliexpress there is lots of counterfeit stuff on that site. As you have seen there is not a huge difference between the price. In the examples you give the 802.11n is using multiple overlapping signals to get the 450m The 802.11ac is using more radio bandwidth. You will likely get more speed from from the 802.11ac because it is simpler to get more speed with more bandwidth than to try to get it from overlapping signals. This is also why if you were to have 3 antenna on the 802.11ac device they would claim 1300. If it was as simple more added feeds means more speed they would use 100 antenna/feeds. The amount added per feed greatly drops once you exceed 2.

well i wouldn't buy a product that isnt checked luckily there are russians that buy that kind of stuff and they check everything and post images back so im in not that much of a risk, and the router is in the "optimum" location so an access point is not needed. Thanks for the answers :)

Yes god bless those Russians doing you a favor! So back to your original question, do your host devices have AC cards in them? Still maintain you get what you pay for so a a 13€ Wireless NIC will be just that. Good luck.
