Windows's Log-in User Interface keeps flashing, i cant log in.

My screen keeps flashing and i cant login to my computer, this happened to me when my brother turned off my PC by pressing the power off button. After i started the computer, the login user interface kept flashing. My brother tried to find other ways to fix it but he told me that it has to do with Login UI. i can only login while safe mode is enabled, please respond asap.

i cant find the jumper :/, msi motherboards does not contain 2 pins they contain 1, and the jumper is a bit diffirent than other old mobo. the jumper is labelled as?

i think my jumper has been completely removed out of the mobo, i checked the whole internet for a picture of the mobo they all contain a jumper but mine doesnt, isnt there another way to cmos reset?
