Need a Ryzen CPU

I'm just getting into pc gaming and my friend said he'll give me his old gtx 970. I want to build a ryzen system because motherboards are cheaper. (Not planning to OC anything) What CPU should I use with the 970? (Maximum around $200)

Going to play on 1080p
Only gaming, no streaming or anything
Mono: MSI A320M Gaming Pro
Ram: 16gb ddr4-3200

You'd probably be OK with the Ryzen 3 1200, but you might want to at least consider the Ryzen 5 1400 (slightly faster speeds, plus more threads).

Also, you'll want faster RAM (at least DDR3-2666, if not DDR4-3000 or faster), & you'll probably want to get at least 16GB of RAM.
