Headphone sound problem

Hello.
So in my headphones the sound is either very low or is good but in only 1 headphone.
It works good when I hold the volume scroll thing to the max and press it down.
any ideas?

this volume is rotary switch made of small carbon ring try to clean it with a can of compressed air for computer and this is not working leave them at max and ajust sound from windows panel in the lower bar .

Yea the thing is I'm not quite shure how to open it and the sound is already at max on headphones and from the panel too

you dont need to open it only use the little can plastic tube to push air in and rotate volume .
