intel 8700k setup with enough lanes?

I would like to get an 8700k with the following but i'm a bit confused on the pcie lanes.
Would like to have a GPU, 2 nvme (raid) and a 10GBe card. I'm unsure if i can use the nvme in raid 0 or if this is supported.

What is realistic, dropping an nvme?

Depends on if NVMe is through the south bridge on through the CPU, and it also depends on how the PCI-Express lanes are divided on the motherboard, this can vary from board to board.

ASUS ROG Strix Z370-E Gaming LGA 1151 (300 Series) or the ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC) LGA 1151 (300 Series) would be the two boards i'm looking at
