So after putting it all together if pressing power on it start all the LED's and the FANS start (overall PC) but there's still no display shown (neither via motherboard output or GPU output. And there's still no beep after turning it on? I tested RAM on my other PC and it worked just fine.

Solution
First of all, if your case did not come with a motherboard speaker to attach (Because that motherboard does not come with one), and you have not purchased one separately, you're not going to hear any beeps because there is nothing TO beep. There must be a system speaker, like this:

attched to the motherboard on it's system speaker output or there will never be an beep. If you DO have a system speaker attached and there is no beep code of any kind, then perhaps you have it attached incorrectly.

Aside from that bit of information, I'd suggest you follow the guidelines, ALL OF THEM, even if...

If nothing there helps, and if attaching a system speaker does not give you a helpful code which enables you to solve the problem, then the only other thing you can do aside from swapping parts out is to bench test the motherboard. It's possible something was caught between the board and the case during assembly or was overlooked. It's also possible that something is bad right out of the box. Not likely considering the parts on your list, but always possible.

Solution
Some basic points to start;

1. Is the ram pressed all the way down in it's socket?
2. Is the ram in slots 1 & 3?
3. Try booting with only 1 stick.
4. Are the PSU power connectors plugged in both the CPU power socket & the GPU power socket.
5. Try booting without the Graphics Card installed and your monitor plugged into the motherboard. Installing the GPU likely disables the CPU's graphics.

I could not possibly have repeated your points. If you look at the timestamps in the top right corner, you posted your reply 41 seconds before i posted my reply. I had not seen your reply and had no idea anyone was going to reply before i did. When you posted i was just finishing up writing my post.

Can we not just say great minds thing alike, and leave it at that. ;)

Question from Reksi007 : "After building new PC main display not working"

Yes, it always good idea to do clean OS install after swapping mobo. Since monitor works in BIOS, that rules out hardware or cable/adapter issue, leaving only Windows as possible suspect. While it may be possible to go around and fix it without reinstall, it most likely would take much more time.
