Hello. I know there is an issue with this fight stick on 90% of motherboards, mine included. I bought a USB hub with a VIA chip so it would work on my pc. It DID work on my pc, but only the first time I plugged it in.

If anyone is curious, the stick uses a UHCI USB type, so most motherboards don't support it. You have to get a USB PCI card, and it works for some people with a hub that has a VIA chip.

Anyone know why it worked the first time I plugged it in but not the second? I've tried plugging it into every usb port on my computer, resetting my computer, and uninstalling the driver several times, but the inputs aren't recognized.

It shows up as "pc usb wired stick 8838" if that helps at all.

Solution
Fight stick may have failed.

Or, worse, was damaged by the hub or some faulty connection that occurred.

If possible try the fight stick on another computer - especially a computer that supports UHCI.

You need to narrow down the possibilities by elimination: fight stick, hub, port, cables.
