Hello to all,

Just recovered a ten year account! Thanks to admins keeping database, safe!

I need to power up AsRock J3355B-itx board for my car pc project. Would 180 watt enough for this board? I'm using the onboard stuff +SSD hdd.

I also would like to power up 2K Ips monitor that needs 5v2A. Are usb 3.1 gen1 port are capable of supplying that power? Is it a good idea to get the power from 20 pin usb3.1 header?

I am ancient and need an update. Can I add USB type-c on that motherboard?

Ok thanks but according to the internet "USB 3.0 and 3.1 both support the USB Power Delivery specification, which supports a maximum of 20 volts at 5 amps for a total of 100 watts of power." so I needed 5V2A which is equal to 10 watt.
