Hi Folks,
I am planning to upgrade my Desktop in RAM component only (India - Delhi). I will first post my current configuration and then the upgrade questions. Please do read and offer help !!
Current Configuration -
1 - Intel Core i5 6600 (Skylake)
2 - Gigabyte H170 Gaming 3 MoBo
3 - G.Skill Ripjaws 4 8GB (4GBx2) 2133MHz CL15 DDR4 RAM
4 - Asus Strix GTX 960 2GB
5 - WD Caviar Black 1TB
Now, I play PUBg (PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds) and it LAGS for quite some time. It's not smooth and runs into texture not loading issues.
After some researching I found the problem to be RAM as this game currently needs 16GB RAM to be smooth. So, I went searching the net for RAM upgrade.
I found that the RAM I current own from 2 years is no longer available anywhere at all. I don't want to do Single stick of 16GB since Dual-Channel is the best way for RAM use.
I don't want to get rid of my current RAM. Please suggest what RAM should I buy (4GBx2) so that my system doesn't get into issues (RAM mixing). Links to product and a logical technically accurate suggestions are Most Welcomed !!
Some of the sites and location I frequent are Amazon.in, Flipkart.com (Online) and Nehru Place, Delhi, IND.
