Suspicious program in task manager

Sorry I don't know what "thread" means. I have recently noticed in task manager services that there is a program called Hyper-V Remote Desktop Virtualization Service, and 4 or 5 other Hyper-V programs, Also I have found that I have no administrative powers at all on my computer. I believe I'm being hacked, but do not know enough about computers to be sure, but when I look at task manager programs many of them are running on trigger start. I have wiped out my machine to factory settings 3 times and it ends up like this shortly after again and again. Any suggestions?

What is Hyper V Remote Desktop virtualization service?
Remote Desktop Virtualization Host (RD Virtualization Host) is a Remote Desktop Services role service included with Windows Server 2008 R2. RD Virtualization Host integrates with Hyper-V to provide virtual machines by using RemoteApp and Desktop Connection.
