I sent my pc recently to the service to be assembled and the guys managed to do everything but they couldn't make the memory to run at its advertised speeds of 3200 mhz. They gaved me the pc back and sayd that I should keep 'tinkering' I guess that's the word from Romanian to English.
I need help regarding what I should do in order to get the memory to run at its advertised speeds.

Here are my system specs:-seasonig prime ultra power supply 850w
-ssd nvme samsung 512 gb pro pcie
-memory cosair vengeance lpx 32 gb,2 sticks,3200 mhz cl16
-motherboard msi z370 godlike gaming
-cooler noctua nh-d15.Big and ugly cooler! that overextended over the dimm2 slot and the first pcie lane for the video card.
-asus bluray/dvd optical drive
-kfa 2 gtx 1080ti HOF edition
-several corsair be quiet fans
-case dark 900 pro be quiet.
-intel 8700K Coffe Lake.
-windows 10 home 64 bit

I grealy apreciate any help and advice in solving this issue since i struggled a lot to plan this pc to be as close to perfect as possible for gaming and i am not very rich either i sold a car and part of the money went into this pc .The benefit from the added mhz could benefit me greatly in the game im playing as it is memory and cpu intensive. The game is Total War Warhammer 1 and 2.

Thanks in advance for any ideas that willl hopefully be posted and for the time tooked to read this.

Solution
In the Advanced settings of your BIOS there is a setting labeled "Memory Try It!" that can improve memory performance when enabled [it's Disabled by default]. See if that helps. It's on page 76 of your motherboard manual.

That fixed it!Cant thank you enogh kind sir.Wish I hard professionals like you in my own country!
One last thing do you think I should set it higher than 3200 if this is its advertised speeds?Seems I can set it even to 4000 mhz.

You can try adjusting the "Dram Frequency" in the Advanced section of your BIOS. Increase the dram frequency up step by step and see how high you can get. If you go too high and it wont boot, just clear the CMOS and start over. Remember if you do clear the CMOS in the future, you will need to re-enable "Memory Try It!".
