I am trying to upgrade my PC so that it can handle my games better.
For a processor I currently have a: AMD FX-8800P Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G, 2100 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) (I'm copying and pasting from my system specs window) and thinking about upgradeing to a Intel Core i5-7600K LGA 1151 Desktop Processor or Intel 7th Gen Intel Core Desktop Processor i7-7700K

For Graphics I have: AMD Radeon (TM) R9 360 (I believe this is my graphics card its more or less the only component that popped up when I typed "graphics" into search.) and plan to upgrade to EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SSC GAMING ACX 3.0, 4GB GDDR5, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC) Graphics Card 04G-P4-6255-KR I'm assuming this is better than what I have but could be wrong

For fans: not sure what I have but know what I'm getting: Cooler Master JetFlo 120 R4-JFDP-20PB-R1 High Performance 120mm LED Fan.

For Motherboard: I do not know what it is or how to check and see.

so my question is are the components I'm thinking about upgrading to run my games better than what I have?

well that's my questions also I am very new to PC components and know almost nothing about them my mother is going to help put the new parts in but she doesn't know anything about the components beyond where to put them

Solution
If you get the 7600K or 7700K, these are Kaby Lake processors.

You'll need a B250 Z270, H270 socket 1151 (Kaby Lake).motherboard.

Not H110, Z170 mobo, to support it without a BIOS update

Also when you get the motherboard, DON'T buy one that supports Coffee Lake (8th gen) CPUs (If you buy a 7th gen processor)

7th gen (Kaby Lake) and 8th gen (Coffee Lake) are not compatible with each other
