Wake up PC From C-States Sleep

I installed Windows 10 on my grandson's computer and forgot all about the C-States requiring a newer psu. The computer went into hibernation and now will not wake up, although the power light is on. Is there any quick method of bringing it back to life? I don't think the psu is bad... but it might be. The PC has been working fine with Win10 for several days now (previously had Linux), but this is the first time it was left on long enough at idle to go into hibernate. Thanks in advance.

ASRock A55M motherboard, AMD A4 3400 cpu, 8gb HyperX ram (single stick), Antec VP450 psu, NVIDIA GT730 gpu (don't remember brand name), Windows 10 on a Samsung 830 SSD 128gb. I built the PC in 2011. No problems before today.

Solution
A processor and socket FM1 motherboard from the 2011 era wouldn't have had any low power sleep states (i.e. C6, C7, C8) that would cause that problem.

Thanks for the quick reply SR-71. I tried the power switch on-off, tried holding in the front panel power switch for ten seconds, removed the gpu, re-plugged all the internal connectors, reset the CMOS, unplugged hard drive... nothing changes. The front panel power light comes on when I push the start button but the fans won't spin up. The front panel restart button does nothing. My question now is: If I put in a different psu (that works) will it start up properly? Assuming the other components are intact.

EDIT: Thanks ko888. Didn't see your reply til this was already posted. I guess the psu died, most likely.

Yep, the power supply died. Kind of surprising, considering it's such a low-powered computer. Still, six years is pretty good I guess. And the C-States... I should have done some research before assuming. You know the old saying about assume. You guys are great for helping so quickly. Take care dudes (or girl dude if it applies). Thanks a bunch.
