How does my build look? I am trying to keep it under 1000$ for all parts including a keyboard and monitor. Does it look good enough to run vr or games at 1080p?

MERGED QUESTION
Question from brendanmcmanus20 : "Can someone help me make a 1080p gaming and vvr ready build"

Can someone create a build for a gaming pc. I plan to use it for gaming on 1080p at about 60fps on the highest settings possible on graphically demanding games. I also plan to use this for vr by the summer. I would prefer a Ryzen cpu and a gtx 1060 6gb gpu. My budget is between $900-1000 for all parts including monitor, keyboard, mouse, and Microsoft 10. Thanks.
