Hello and thank you for your help with this.

Motorola Surfboard 6580 is router and modem: have had it for a few years... (4 maybe)
There are 2 laptops in use in the house. Apple Mac book Pro
PC: ASUS p-67pro, Windows 7 ult. drivers up-todate:
1 Xbox 360
Xfinity/Comcast 150Mbps/10Mbps

The issue seems to be that when more than one WiFi unit is in use the speed for both WiFi units drops down to .4Mbps. The Pc sometimes has a drop in speed into the 60s. and I have noticed several drops into the 40s. There has been no problem streaming on xbox and pc at the same time, only problem that happens is WiFi is not streaming fast enough for videos, Netflix, HBO etc.

I have attached a connection upload pic as well from router.

Several questions:
1. Is the Motorola breaking down? why would there not be a problem with the hard line then.
2. Could it be the ISP?
3. If its not the above how do I fix this?

Thank you for all the help, If there is any other info needed I will post if requested thanks. (besides the no no stuff :)

Solution
Wifi has so many things that can mess it up it tends to be a guessing game to fix it. There is a small chance the wifi radios have degraded in the router but that is extremely unlikely.

The messages mean nothing, you see crap like this all the time. You would only be worried if you see it filling the logs not happening every couple of days. Your other screen does not even show many error packets so there cable connection is likely fine.

Pretty much wifi only have a couple things you can even think to change. You can change the channels it runs on and maybe set it to run at 20mhz. This will limit your top speed since it uses 40mhz or even 80mhz to get those speeds. Even at 20mhz it should be usable for videos.

The most likely cause is a neighbor interfering and changing the channels and the channel width is used to try to avoid them. With so many people using wifi it may not be possible to find enough bandwidth.
