Hi!

I just recieved my second R9 Fury (Sapphire version), but when I plug in both video cards and turn on the computer, the video card on the top turn's all it's lights blue and the other one doesn't turn any. The computer shows a black screen with a little white line (like the one you are shown when you are going to write something in command prompt) and gets stuck there...

Any ideas on why is this happening?

For some background, the first R9 Fury I recieved was from a RMA to replace a R9 390x that suddenly stopped working, but the video card I was send didn't work at first, so I asked for another replacement (Sapphire told me to keep the defective card, the R9 Fury that didn't work), while the new replacement card was on it's way, my elder brother decided to literally punch the defective R9 Fury I recieved and suddenly it started working (I know, lol). So today, when I recieve the new video card, I decide to plug them both and what happens is what I affore mentioned you.

I need help, please. :(

P.S. Sorry for bad english, not my native language...

What is the specification of your entire system?

In particular, the motherboard and the PSU?

Have you tried running the PC with just one card installed? Try to boot with each card individually, to check that they are both working. Each time place the card in the primary PCIe slot (the slot nearest to the CPU).

Make sure that your motherboard has the latest bios installed.

It might be obvious, but both 8-pin power connectors on both cards need to be connected to the PSU.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-AX370 Gaming 5
RAM: Corsair 16gb (2x8gb) Vengeance Pro DDR4 2400mhz
PSU: EVGA 850 B2 80+ Bronze

Yes, I have tested both card separately and they both work, obviously both 8-pin power connectors are installed.
My BIOS version es F6, I think.
