I just bought an ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F gaming motherboard off of amazon, and installed the CPU, CPU Cooler, and RAM properly, went to turn it on and heard 2 different beep codes, and no post (without gpu). 1 long 3 short, and 1 long 4 short. The white LED next to the CPU is solid when the computer is on. I reseated the ram and cpu and checked for bent cpu pins, didnt work. I tried resetting the CMOS, didn’t work. I used one stick of RAM, didn’t work. Still same beep codes, and solid white LED and no post. The solid white LED indicates that the VGA is not detected (dont really know what that means), and the 1 long 3 short beeps mean no VGA detected. 1 long 4 short means failure of hardware component (but i dont know which one, probably not ram). So I’m assuming the CPU or Motherboard is faulty. Although when a keyboard is not plugged in, instead of 1 long 4 short it’s 1-4-1. (1 long-4short, 1short) if that helps any.
Motherboard has never posted.

I have not tired posting with a GPU simply because it hasn’t been delivered to me yet, so I’ve only been testing a post with the onboard graphics.

System specs:
1. Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F
2. CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
3. RAM: 16gb 8x2 Corsair ddr4 Vengance 3000mhz
4. PSU: EVGA 500W 80plus certified
5. GPU: ASUS strix 1080 8gb (not used yet)
6. Cpu cooler: Corsair h100i

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
