I would do away with the SLI and just go with a single 1080ti and upgrade to an i7. I would also go with a Samsung 960 EVO over the Optane memory. You'll also NEED Windows 10 as newer hardware is no longer compatible with Windows 7.

You can swap the Motherboard for any that supports the 8th gen intels with features you want like wifi and etc. You can also change teh Cooler to whatever youd like as well. Same with the graphics card, but a 1080ti is way more then you need for WoW. You could go with a normal 1080 since the price isnt that much more right now, or you could go with a normal 1070 as well to save more.
