Going for the board and CPU is a bit strange to me. You have gone with a high end board and then not gone for the overclockable i7. Seems a waste of money. You could just get a cheaper Z370 board with that CPU.

PSU is overkill. 850W would be fine.

Having the overclockable version means that you can get a bit more speed out of the processor. Depending on the cooler, the list that jankerson has done for you seems about right.

Yes overkill means it doesn't need to be that high.
