I am asking because i have heard that there may be some compatibility issues when i was reading some forums, so im asking to decide which one to buy, which one is better and why. And will i be able to use all the 3200MHz?
P. S. I would be happy if you would pick from one of these that i have listed here.

PSU = Fortron FSP650-80EGN black
CPU = AMD Ryzen 1700
Motherboard i will be using = ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING
SSD = Samsung 850 EVO 500GB

Which RAM should i get from one of these 2?
1) G.SKILL 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Trident Z RGB
2) G.SKILL 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL14 Flare X for AMD

Solution
Go with the AMD Certified one, that will almost guarantee it will work. If you find you can't get 3200mhz at first, try increasing SOC voltages.
