1050 Ti 100% GPU usage

On HWMonitor it shows that my gpu is at 100% load however when i open task manager it goes back to zero and i have to do this after every reboot.Anyone have any solutions?

Try using another PC monitoring platform, Speccy, GPU-z and HWmonitor are all pretty buggy
But just in case just try one of those and have them both open at the same time to see whats going on

Are you in-game or sitting on the desktop? Have you updated the drivers? I've used HWMonitor just recently on my 1050ti 4GB never hits over 80% load on games on idle barely even touches anything remotely close to 10%.
