So, I'm going to be running the following build. MSI Z170A PRO paired with an i7 7700k (ive updated the bios the the MOBO that i already have), and 1080 ti, 16 gb of DDR4 RAM (2*8 single ranked sticks), 2x120mm fans and 1x140mm fan, One SSD, one HDD 7.2k RPM, and do want to overclock the GPU and CPU a little bit. But as it happens, i already have a Seasonic 620Watts 80+ bronze PSU. So i was wondering if i could run it off of that or do i NEED a new PSU. The calculators out there recommend a 560-570 PSU wattage. But im concerned that the room for extra wattage is to little. Are my worries real? or Will it run just fine? getting a new PSU means not getting the 1080 ti, which means i get a 1080 and the load goes down to 450 watts and i can keep my old PSU.

Solution
Yes, 1080ti recommends 600w+ but it meant for bad quality psu. Any good quality 500+ will run your rig :) 450 assumes you do crazy overclocking.

is 80+ bronze good enough then? The PSU is the S12II-620.
