This looks like a good deal on ram, the cas latency is a little high. Going to try and squeeze in a gtx 1080 ti.
Ram $155 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820232181
Power supply $90 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151187
Hard Drive 1tb $64 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA5AD3WD9839
Motherboard $132 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157796
Case $60 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139089&cm_re=Corsair_Carbide_Series_270R-_-11-139-089-_-Product
SSD 275GB $93 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820156150
With these parts its about $151 cheaper if I did the math right, I should have mapped out a whole build but I have to sleep.
