depends. if you are paying for 75Mbps thats terrible, but if your paying for 35 that is about par for the course. wireless always pays a penalty.
You're saying that even i have lan i can't go above 35mb/s
if that is the speed the ISP is giving.
LAN, PC to PC via ethernet is either 100Mbps or 1000Mbps. wireless is usually 54 150 or 300, some MIMO routers can do 600 over wireless but they are not the standard yet.
no matter the speed limit on your network, the modem is the traffic cop slowing everything down to what the ISP is providing. if the traffic cop is saying 35 then that is the absolute limit you can hope to achieve and then only in bursts, your actual average speeds will be lower.
