BIOS not responding to keyboard on bootup

Hi,

I have an ASUS Z170-Pro Gaming MB. I flashed the BIOS successfully a while ago, but since then, the BIOS doesn't respond to keyboard inputs on bootup. The only way to access the BIOS is via a Windows applet from Asus, that forces reboot directly into BIOS. The keyboard is a Logitech G15 gaming keyboard, which worked perfectly before during bootup, and still works in Windows with no issues. I've tried changing USB ports, and setting the maximum possible boot time, but still no luck.

I've updated BIOS again since then (one of the recent versions claimed it fixes a keyboard issue), but no change.

I'm worried I'll get a Windows/hardware issue at some point, and won't be able to get into the BIOS to fix.

Any ideas on how to get BIOS to recognise keyboard please?

Thanks

G.W.

OK. Managed to borrow a basic USB keyboard - this worked perfectly, so seems to be something specifically related to my Logitech G510s gaming keyboard. I've logged a ticket with Logitech.

Thanks R_1. The Pro Gaming is a different board with more limited options, but I'll check against the manual's default settings tonight, in case the BIOS flash overwrote anything obscure. CMOS reset's also been mentioned, but I see a few cases here of that causing major problems.
