This is the build in question:

What would you change, add, remove etc. I'm interested in buying the best quality, most reliable, components available at that price. What did I miss given that this is a from 0 build ? (I already have headphones) What about cables, tools ?

The budget is fixed (don't talk about offers either, I'm planning to build it on Black Friday), so I can't go a penny over unless it's something important I missed, not a more expensive component.

The PC will be used for gaming and more importantly, content creation and animation. I need the 32 gigs of RAM and I can't go lower, but sadly at the same time I can't buy better RAM either, so I told myself I'll be buying these cheaper ones now and upgrade later. Will they work at least decently on this build ?

Edit: I didn't include a cooler because I don't plan to go too far with the OC. 3.5 to 3.8 ghz as long as the silicon lottery let's me keep it under 70° Celsius full load. I might buy a Hyper 212 EVO if it's on sale and everything else has a good offer on Black Friday, but otherwise I'm sticking with stock.

Solution
THERMAL PASTE - Not needed.
MEM - Stick with two modules for now (2x16GB). No need to fill up the board up-front and a pair of modules has less stress on the memory controllers than two pair. Also, you are good with faster modules..
GPU - Similar high factory overclock and good cooling on the Gigabyte below for less cost.
PSU - Overkill. Nice, but overkill.
CASE + FANS - Look toward a better case with better stock cooling.
MONITOR - If you are going with a GTX 1080, you might as well get a monitor to match. The one below is a 2k display (2560x1440). If you want to stick with 1920x1080 gaming, lower the GPU to a GTX 1060 6GB.

Thanks, I appreciate your advice, but I can't really afford a better monitor right now, even after you removed what wasn't needed, you added 180 pounds to the build.
