Cannot monitor fan speed of my 1050 TI

I just put a Palit 1050 TI Dual OC in my PC. Removed all AMD drivers for previous card and installed NVidia drivers. Thing is no software will tell me anything about fan speeds. Not HWinfo, not HWMonitor, not GPU-Z. HWinfo does not even show the card. I really want to know how fan speeds compare to temp levels and how hot, noisy the card gets in general to compare it to my previous card.

What motherboard are you using?
If its MSI you can monitor all speeds of case, cpu and gpu fans in the MSI clickbios for the MOBO
Im fairly certain you can do this with other bios's as well so check there
