GA H61M DS2 incompatible with HIS Radeon HD 7870?

So title says it all. I'm a bit confused since I tried using the on board graphic card(intel hd 4000) as I've tried updating the BIOS, changing the BIOS setting. And it bears no fruit. Can someone help me here? And this is my spec

Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-H61M-DS2
VGA HIS HD Radeon 7870
Intel core i7-3770 3.4Ghz
PSU Corsair CX600M

Can anyone shed a light for me here? Oh and the Radeon VGA fan is spinning.

I'm currently using a windows 10 32-bit processor if that gives any other info. Since I'm using a vga that my friend previously used, is it possible that the resolution is the problem? For the BIOS, I've tried only to set the initial graphic card settings and nothing else.
