I plan to overclock a W3680 I got for cheap (with watercooling, dunno if this is relevant), so I probably need to get a motherboard that's capable of doing so.

I found that I apparently need X58 motherboards, however I'd like to know what the best motherboard would be in that regard.

Also I wonder if there are new ones to buy anywhere, I already am looking around for used motherboards, but I also wouldn't mind to know how much new x58s go for these days.

As an additional information: I am living in germany, wouldn't mind to order from international sellers .

Finding a decent new X58 board might be hard, they are pushing 7 years old now.

The only X58 ive used was and is a Asus Rampage III Extreme, but are going for about $200-300 on ebay. OC'ing has been amazing with the board

i7- 950 @ 4.6Ghz 24/7 with 4.9Ghz for benchmarks
i7 980x @ 4.2Ghz
Xeon x5690 @4.0Ghz that im running now

Ask these guys they're the experts at this. Those CPUs overclok quite a bit differently than most others. That CPU has some big secrets.
