When my parents are using Netflix/ Amazon Fire Stick on the TV, the internet on my PC gets throttled really bad. I am unable to play videos without constant buffering even at low resolutions. If I try to play games I get higher ping than normal aswell as packet loss (2-20%), which makes gaming impossible. I have had a look in my routers settings to see if there are any QoS settings, but it doesn't seem to have any. My PC is connected with ethernet and the TV is all wifi, so I am not sure what i can do to give my PC some priority. Help please!

Hi,
First off, what are your internet speeds ? You will feel slowdowns if it is too small.
Second, I suggest going wired over wireless, Better speeds, less latency no interference.
Usually QOS does a lazy job, better get more speed on internet.

I get about 10mb DL, which I know isn't great, but surely one other device shouldn't throttle my internet this bad, I can barely use it. Do you know why the wireless TV would get priority over my PC, which is on ethernet? I tried downloading something/ running a stream while the TV was playing Netflix, but Netflix never throttles and it only makes my PC worse.

With only 10 Mbits bandwidth you can forget about playing online video on other devices whilst Netflix is streaming content to the TV.

If Netflix is already running on the TV before you start trying to use the internet via LAN on your PC, Netflix will continue to get the lions share of the available bandwidth. It's all about priority - - first come first served.

You really need more bandwidth to your house - - I get 17 Mbits but still have no chance of streaming video on my PC (not without unacceptable buffering) if Netflix is already playing a movie on the TV.

The majority of times my PC will be connected before Netflix is on. Do you know of any other way to prioritize one device over another?
