My power keeps turning itself off

So recently my computer, lights, and and lights in a room next door to mine has shut off whenever I first turn on my pc. I know this due to a circuit issue but I am trying to find out what is causing it (my psu, my gpu, my power strip). I put an amp meter on my outlet and it only says 0.80 amps idle and 1.25 under load.


Any help is appreciated,

Since the entire system will rely on the PSU to deliver the power to it, the likely culprit will be the wiring in your walls or the circuitry or the lack of a proper grounding(perhaps). Mind sharing your full system's specs like so:
