I have 3 USB ports on my motherboard, but my case supports 4

My Motherboard supports 2 USB 2.0 and 1 USB 3.0 port but my case has 2 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0. So I'm asking if there is any device to split up 1 to 2 USB ports?

Both the USB 3.0 on the case should be connected to only one port on the board and the same thing with the 2.0
Haven't seen a case that used 4 seperate cables for 4 ports.
