My Computer restarts 15 minutes into any game

My windows always showed 4 GB ram usable of 8 GB but recently I upgraded to windows 10 and now it shows 8 GB usable but restarts 15 minutes into any game like Fifa 17, Divinity Original Sin 2, Rainbow Six Siege etc. It just freezes and restarts. And then sometimes doesn't boot up past bios and then boots up and is normal. My specs are:
Amd Ryzen 5 1600
2x4 GB Avexir Ram 2133 mHz DDR 4
Radeon R9 270x VaporX 2 GB DDR 5
Corsair CX500 Psu
Asus A320M-K Mobo

The cpu,ram and Mobo are new but the psu and GPU are a bit older. What's the problem in my machine?

check the gpu temp and could you test it in another system .

This is often a problem with the PSU, but I would check temperatures first.

My GPU has been heating up a bit with temps like 75 c during load but earlier with the windows 8.1 this was not a problem.

How do I determine if it's the PSU? Also sometimes when I boot up the PC it starts goes to bios then monitor turns off and doesn't turn on again. After few tries it turns on successfully.

Now that I think about it 75 seems a bit high. Are you using the stock CPU heatsink?
