My current specs are
Ryzen 1600 (did not overclock)
Stock cooler
8gb ddr4 2400
B350m pro4
Gtx 1060 3gb
1tb 7200rpm
120gb ssd
Cd rom....
And a 500w micronis ( some cheap korea psu)
I tend to upgrade to the 1080ti for some streaming ......stuff
Will there be any bottleneck and what psu should i use cause the last time a changed gpu the psu got fucked , i still a noob to this pc build stuff

at 1080p there is no overclock you can do to make the 1600 not bottleneck

if you want the 1080 ti i strongly suggest you get a 1440p or better monitor, and a proper cpu cooler and overclock the cpu 3.8 ghz or better

if not, stick with the 1060

yes, especially since you are not overclocking

a good 650w power supply for the 1080 ti

Unfortunately the 1600 will always bottleneck the 1080ti slightly (but not always) but you'll have a stable and very high fps anyway. I dont think the stock cooler is a good idea for any overclock, but maybe you can push maybe a few hundred megahertz with acceptable temps.
