What should I upgrade for my current build?

I play mostly blizzard games, most on high. But I would like to play on ultra. I am not too tech savy and would love some help. I was thinking of upgrading my video card up to maybe a GTX1060 or getting another 8gig, because of the heavy multitasking I do, but would love some advice before making the order.

My Current Build is:
Intel Core i5-6400
Nvidia GTX 950
Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400 C16 1x8GB

You forgot to include the make and model of your motherboard, PSU and the case. You'd benefit from an SSD in your system as the first upgrade. If you want to perform a ram upgrade, it's best to go for a kit instead of a stick of ram that "looks" identical.

oh my bad, let me find that out really quick, as far as searching for a new SSD, what would you recommend? I dont use much space, i feel a 120/240 might be just fine. As well is it possible to run both the HDD and the SSD?
