Wanting to upgrade CPU AMD

Here is what I currently have. I use this PC for gaming/streaming, but both seem to use most of my cpu and slows way down. Was looking for recommendations on what i might need to do to speed up my pc. budget around 500 with some wiggle room. Im just new to the pc gaming world, and any help would be nice. thank you

How do you have 24GB on your system? You will need to be specific on the PSU's make and model.

Your system would need an overhaul since anything as an upgrade on your current platform would be moot and net you a brand new entry level system(based off that budget). You should read through this thread and restructure this thread with the necessary information.
