Beyond this point, it's your decision whether you want to burn more money into the other extra fluffs like Platinum/Titanium efficiency PSU, RGB stuffs, etc...

I had to make the choice of going for the Phanteks Pro M instead of a Fractal Design or be quiet case because this system is going to burn in the 400W+ range, and the closed off panel of many popular pick from FD or be quiet to make them quieter also greatly obstruct airflow which could be problematic for the CPU and/or GPU.

Otherwise, I did choose the other components that have the best noise-to-performance capability, the FD Celsius S36 AIO make less noise than many other AIO liquid cooling solution, the Corsair RMx is roughly the PSU with the quietest fan, the MSI Gaming X Trio expanding from the Gaming X dual-fan solution to a triple-fan config for even better noise-to-performance; and one additional Phanteks 140mm fan to increase airflow without having to spin at higher RPM like 120mm ones.

The storage configuration of Intel Optane SSD and WD 3D Blues guarantees top performance and zero noise.
