it should be cheaper [might not be the case if u're not from US], u also get extra cores/threads, it's also overclockable, had decent stock cooler, bigger HDD, a better PSU [a tier 1], a SSD, and a case...
if u're not comfortable with AMD / u already bought most of the parts [like mobo/CPU], u can just take the PSU, SSD and the case
