it's enough, but i don't think it would be safe, as B series are EVGA low tier series... [if we put it to a tier, it's on 5, listed here: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/]

and honestly, Ryzen is a better buy, so lemme improve that build some more instead [since i don't know ur budget, i tried to make it as close as possible to your spec]:

it should be cheaper [might not be the case if u're not from US], u also get extra cores/threads, it's also overclockable, had decent stock cooler, bigger HDD, a better PSU [a tier 1], a SSD, and a case...

if u're not comfortable with AMD / u already bought most of the parts [like mobo/CPU], u can just take the PSU, SSD and the case :D

Thank you so much. You offer a much better pc, definitely. The problem is here in Argentina the prices are ridiculously expensive in most of the components. :(

u can try to cut cost here and there:
1. switch to a cheaper case
2. skip out the SSD [u can add it later]
3. lower the RAM speed, might get some cost off
4. worst case, go with a cheaper CPU like R5 1400 for example [still had more threads than the i5, also OCable]

all that or maybe u can just save up some more XD
