I am using Dell XPS 630 from 2 years. Recently It starts shutdown unexpectedly with out any error or warning. I thought it is a virus issue that can be on Windows registry. So I reinstalled Windows-7 ultimate 64 bit.
But it can not solve and whenever I connect my mobile to the USB port the pc has sudden shutdown. Also after windows installation my pc could not connect to the internet.
I am using tp-link TL-WR740N router device.
I have tried too much. Install updated drivers, checking network setting scan all drives from antivirus also run boot time scan but could not figure out.
It's shows exclamation mark and show unspecified network.
Kindly tell me the solution of you have.
