I don't know what to choose

Solution
Well I don't know what you are using this for so... I'll go about it this way.

The H77 board is newer, but is limited to being unable to overclock so that should be noted. Although it does have PCI-E 3.0 which is not on the Z68 board.

The Z68 board supports Crossfire and SLI (Although on PCI-E 2.0) and allows for overclocking.

Both only support 2nd and 3rd gen i3/i5/i7 chips but I'm assuming you know this already.

So for me if you don't plan on overclocking the likely choice would be the H77 otherwise you might want to choose the z68 or find a z77 board.
