Computer suddenly won't start. Fans spin for half a second.

I was turning on my pc after it had been shut off for a day. It booted and before turning on the screen it shut down. I tried turning it back on but without a response.

I haven't been doing any hardware changes to it beforehand.

The only feedback I am getting is the fan spinning for half a second, and the motherboard LED is on when power is plugged in.

I thought it was the PSU, and I had a warranty so I got a replacement. After changing both the PSU and power cables the issue is still the same.

Do you have any idea what might be the issue? And what I could try?

Thanks in advance.

If it has warranty, send straight to the manufacturer, else, you should try to check rams, graphics card, hard disks. I think it's there's a short-circuit somewhere. If possible check fans and processors as well. These are the general diagnosis people do before questioning. Hope this helps.

I can't send it to a manufacturer as I build it myself. There are warranty on the parts however.

I took out the GPU and now the PC is booting fine, however I can't get a signal from the hdmi port using the integrated graphics for some reason.

Does this mean the GPU is faulty?

Yes it can be the GPU as its booted fine without the GPU
but still Before RMA of GPU try to check the GPU on another PC just in case

My only problem is that I don't have another PC to test it on. So I might just take it straight to the RMA. However, how come I can't get a signal through the integrated graphics? Is something wrong with the motherboard as well maybe?
