Asus ROG STRIX Z370-E Gaming: How many fans does it support?

I'm looking to build a system off of the Z370-E mobo Asus is offering. I'll be using an 8700k and 1080Ti, both air cooled, but I'm not sure if my plan is feasible given the mobo. I'll be using the Fractal Meshify C and plan to install 3 120mm intake fans on the front, 2 120mm exhaust fans on top, 1 120mm exhaust fan on the back, and 1 120mm fan on the bottom. This is in addition to the CPU fan itself. That's a total of 8 fans.

I know the mobo has two dedicated 4 pin chassis fans, so I can split those off to control 4 fans. What about the rest? Can I use the CPU_OPT fan header to control case fans? If so, that'd take care of 2 more. The CPU fan would be controlled by the CPU fan connector. That takes care of 7, leaving one. Is it possible to control three fans at once? Ideally, I'd like one header to control all three front fans and another to control the two top and one bottom fan.

Sorry if these are dumb or poorly expressed questions. This is my first build and I'd like to get it right the first time.

So I looked at the manual for this mobo and it states that the max amperage for the CPU fan connector is 1A. It doesn't specify anything for the other connectors (chassis, opt_cpu, etc). Should I assume they also are 1A connections?

If they are indeed 1A, am I correct in thinking that it would be safe to use three 0.3A fans from one fan header? The fans have a much lower operating current but have 0.3A safety currents.
